OUR LONG HISTORY:
KPI was first established in Taiwan in 1970 as one of the few pioneers in the plastic injection molding industry in Asia.
To cope with the fast moving plastic injection molding technologies and the need of our customers, we extended manufacturing operation to Texas, North America in 1987. Recently in 2005, we have built another new plant specializing in manufacturing plastic cosmetic packaging items in high quality up to international standards. Our sales and marketing office in Hong Kong serves customer's enquiries from all over the world and acts as a liaison to our plant.

OUR PLANT FACILITIES & CAPABILITIES:
Our Taiwan operation: Specializes in tooling & technology research.
Our US plant: Specializes in custom molding, particularly close tolerance parts. Running with a fleet of injection machines ranges in tonnage from 50T to 725T in a 30,000 square foot air-conditioned dust-free operating space. Core products serve mainly Telecommunications, Electronics, Food & Automotive markets.
Our new plant: Specializes in OEM molding, particularly high quality plastic packaging items. Core products are fragrance bottle caps (especially in Surlyn material), cosmetic packaging items & small household items.
Both our US and plants are vertically integrated from raw materials procurement, product & tooling design, engineering service, prototype & molding development, mass production all the way to logistic and delivery arrangement.
